Fourth day of Kwanzaa Part of working together to support our community is working within the community. The fourth principle of Kwanzaa is Ujamaa, cooperative economics. Black communities have long used this concept as a way to survive. After the Civil War, racism quickly re-entrenched itself in most white people’s culture.
